Self-luminous mining cables,These cables use a special electroluminescent string embedded within the cable construction, providing low power consumption and high visibility. They are designed to be robust and resistant to harsh mining conditions, including abrasion, cold temperatures, and impact.

• Construction:
• Voltage Rating: 1.9/3.3kV and 3.8/6.6kV
• Visibility: The primary feature is the self-luminous electroluminescent string that makes the cable highly visible in low-light conditions.
  Conductor: Tinned copper, finely stranded (Class 5).
  Insulation: Special cross-linked EPR.
  Electrical Field Control: Inner and outer layers of semi-conductive rubber compound.
  Core Identification: Black for main and earth cores, blue for pilot core.
  Core Arrangement: Three main cores, split earth and pilot, laid up around a semiconductive central filler with aramid yarns, with the electroluminescent string in the interstices.
  Outer Sheath: German-made special PUR compound, resistant to abrasion, tear, and cold temperatures down to -50°C.
  Outer Sheath Color: Light orange/Transparent.
  Mechanical Properties: Resistance to Impac; Abrasion Resistance; Flexibility
  Standards: Based on DIN VDE 0250-813.
  Typical Applications: Power supply for large mobile mining equipment in challenging environments.
